Installation Advantages
Superior Walls panels are manufactured in a climate-controlled environment in both Manitoba and Alberta, and then delivered to new home job sites on special carriers. Cranes are used to carefully lower the custom walls onto a bed of clean, crushed stone, where the panels are permanently fixed into place by specially trained, factory-certified crews.
Fast installation (usually in less than one day) allows builders to begin construction on the home the same day. Superior Walls panels are custom made for each home complete with built-in openings for windows and doors, access for wiring or small plumbing elements and with smart stud facings for easy drywall installation.
Superior Construction
To construct a Superior Walls panel, high-strength low-water concrete is poured for solid structural integrity and reinforced with steel rebar and polypropylene fibers. Each wall panel also includes horizontal steel rebar inside top and bottom beams, vertical steel rebar inside each stud, steel-reinforced concrete studs and footer beams.
Superior strength is built-in each panel based on the 5,000+ PSI concrete that is used during construction of the panel. The concrete used in Superior Walls products provides protection against freeze/thaw conditions.
